PRC Group Sdn. Bhd.
From a residential construction firm to a Group delivering facilities management, maintenance and project management services.
The Beginning
PRC Group Sdn. Bhd. was originally established as Permata Remaja Construction, with its core activities focused on residential construction, renovation works, and projects undertaken for government agencies.
Corporate Restructuring
On 31 January 2024, PRC underwent a corporate restructuring exercise to strengthen its organisational structure and establish a clearer business direction.
The restructuring included the establishment and strengthening of two entities within the Group, namely PRC Builders Sdn. Bhd. and Permata Remaja Construction, supported by the appointment of a new management team with extensive experience across construction, renovation, maintenance and project management.
Establishment of PRC Group
On 28 May 2024, Permata Remaja Construction was officially renamed PRC Group Sdn. Bhd., marking a strategic transition towards a broader business focus in Facilities Management, Maintenance and Project Management services.
Under the Group’s business structure, PRC Builders Sdn. Bhd. focuses on residential construction, design and renovation services, while Permata Remaja Construction continues to undertake government-related projects and works, including projects for PPD, JKR, JPS and other relevant government agencies.

In 2025, PRC Group expanded its operations to Kulim, Kedah, with the establishment of a branch office and company store.
The expansion strengthened the Group’s operational presence and capability to deliver facility maintenance and related services to industrial areas, manufacturing facilities and other customer sites.
Pinnacle Business of the Year
On 31 December 2025, PRC Group Sdn. Bhd. achieved another significant milestone with the receipt of the Pinnacle Business of the Year recognition.
This achievement reflects PRC Group’s continued commitment to business growth, service excellence and operational performance, while strengthening its position as a trusted provider of construction, maintenance and facilities-related solutions.
